Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. To manage or cancel, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid renewal.
To restore a purchase on a new device, open So Know and tap Settings → Restore Purchases.
For refunds, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Delete your account
You can delete your account in the app under Settings. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. You can also email spectraultrasoundservices@gmail.com for help with account or data deletion.
